Effective: January 2025
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contractual relationships between BuySReviews, London, United Kingdom (the "Provider"), and the customer (the "Customer") concerning services offered on https://buysreviews.com (the "Website").
Any conflicting terms submitted by the Customer will apply only if the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing. The version of these Terms and Conditions in effect when the order is placed forms part of the agreement. The Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify the Customer of any changes by email.
The presentation of products and services on the Website does not constitute a binding offer by the Provider. It is an invitation for the Customer to submit an offer. By placing an order through the Website, the Customer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract.
The Provider confirms receipt of the order by email. A contract is formed when the Provider accepts the offer, generally by beginning to perform the ordered service. The Provider may reject orders for good cause, particularly where the Customer supplies insufficient information or misuse is suspected.
The Customer must provide truthful and complete information. The Provider may cancel the contract if any information is false or incomplete.
The Provider supplies reputation management services, including but not limited to generating online reviews on the platforms listed on the Website. The type and scope of the services are defined by the applicable product description at the time of the order.
The Provider may modify and improve the services, provided that the changes are reasonable for the Customer. Unless the product description states otherwise, reviews are delivered gradually over 3 to 7 business days after payment is received.
The Provider represents that reviews are created by verified profiles with natural account histories. Review text is written to appear authentic. The Customer may supply review text, provided it complies with the relevant platform's policies.
All prices shown on the Website are in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is processed through the integrated payment provider. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
The Provider may adjust prices where the change is reasonable for the Customer. Prices cannot be changed after a contract has been formed. All prices are final and include no hidden surcharges or subscriptions.
Payment is due in advance. Service delivery begins only after full payment has been received. If payment is overdue, the Provider may suspend the service and charge statutory default interest.
Delivery of the ordered services begins after full payment has been received. Stated delivery times are estimates rather than fixed deadlines unless expressly identified as binding. Delivery may be delayed by technical issues on review platforms, review processes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
The Provider will inform the Customer of significant delays. Reviews are created by verified profiles and delivered gradually to produce a natural growth pattern. Status updates are available to the Customer on request.
If a platform removes ordered reviews, the Provider will replace the delivered reviews once, unless the removal results from a change to the platform's profile or content policies for which the Customer is responsible.
The Provider offers a money-back guarantee if the ordered reviews cannot be delivered within the agreed period. In that event, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price within 14 business days after submitting a request.
The warranty does not cover losses caused by changes made by third-party platforms, changes to platform terms, changes the Customer makes to the Customer's profile, or the Customer's own fault.
Unless a longer period is required by law, warranty claims expire 12 months after delivery of the service. The warranty remedy is limited to a refund of the purchase price. Further damages are excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The Provider is liable for losses only in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, the Provider is liable only for a breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable losses typical of the contract.
These limitations do not apply to liability for death, personal injury, or damage to health, or to liability under applicable product liability law. The Provider is not liable for changes to the algorithms, terms, or policies of third-party platforms.
The Customer will indemnify the Provider against third-party claims arising from use of the services, particularly claims made by review platforms. The Customer represents that the requested reviews comply with the terms of the relevant platform.
The Provider collects, processes, and uses the Customer's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
The Customer agrees that their contact details may be used for communications concerning the ordered services. Data will not be disclosed to third parties except to services required to perform the contract.
The laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Consumers retain any mandatory protections under the laws of the country in which they habitually reside.
The courts of London, United Kingdom, have jurisdiction where the Customer is acting in the course of business or has no general place of jurisdiction in the United Kingdom. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes wholly or partly invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Any invalid provision will be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects its economic purpose. The Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer by email or published on the Website.
Amended Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted unless the Customer objects within 14 days after notice. If the Customer objects, the Provider may terminate the contractual relationship on 30 days' notice effective at the end of the month. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
